NORDIC GREEN: Nordic countries in the Innovation Forum

September 21-23: NORDIC GREEN - The Nordic countries at the booth "Global Partners of St. Petersburg" in collaboration with the Committee on External Relations of St. Petersburg.
Within the framework of the forum, a seminar organized by Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University will take place on September 21 at 4:15 pm: "Youth international initiatives of regional" green startups in eco-mobility "are solutions for society, for the future, for everyone". The co-organizers of the seminar are the Danish Institute of Culture and the Leontief Center.
The Ambassador of Iceland in Russia, Berglind Asgeirsdottir, will talk about innovative approaches in the application of environmentally friendly technologies in the country. The experience of innovative sustainable development in the Finnish city of Lappeenranta will be shared by Markus Lankinen, Managing Director of Wirma Lappeenranta. Martin Messer Thomsen, Chairman of the Danish Society of Electric Car Owners, will present his vision of how to develop electromobility in St. Petersburg with a minimum of investment.
Representatives of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University Peter the Great D.V. Nemova D.V. and A.G. Motorenko will talk about the two initiatives of the university: "Eco-campus - laboratory of energy efficiency of the city" and "GREENDAY and CO2 Green Drive - a festival as a mechanism for the formation of sustainable development." Workshop reports will be supplemented by the presentation of V.S. Golovachev, Chairman of the Commission on Culture of the Youth College of St. Petersburg on the Youth College of St. Petersburg as a youth design center.
