Arrival at the site of LLC "Pospelikhinskaya macaroni factory", coordination of work, familiarization and verification of the arrived materials, passage of safety procedures.
Day 2 (04/08/2020)
Tensioning the bucket elevator chains. Laying of cable networks along the elevator. Connection of boxes and equipment of the elevator.
Day 3 (04/09/2020)
Connection of equipment of weighing stations of horizontal packers AOD-PL and ACP-PL. Covering the bucket elevator. Power supply to the bucket elevator.
Day 4 (04/10/2020)
Launching the elevator. Connecting the backboard of the horizontal packer AOB PL / 60. Connection of belt conveyors of the horizontal packer AOD-PL. Metal detector connection.
Day 5 (11.04.2020)
Installation of belt conveyors at the design site. Laying cables through the cartoning machine. Connecting the cables of the cartoning machine.
Day 6 (04/12/2020)
Connecting the cables of the cartoning machine. Commissioning work on the AMS120 pivot and stacker system, ATZ120-PL bucket elevator. Power supply to the horizontal packer AOB PL / 60.
